Convergent Technologies Design Group was asked to provide recommendations to Michael Baker Corporation for new audiovisual systems and supporting infrastructure for the Bachelor Enlisted Quarters at Camp Johnson. Assessments were made regarding the audiovisual needs of the camp, as well as the intended uses of each specific space. Recommendations were made for AV system components, including the layout of several large displays and associated loudspeaker systems. Several gaming consoles were integrated into the design. Additional recommendations were also made to specify appropriate infrastructure necessary to support these systems including wallboxes and appropriate mounting equipment, as well as provide extra space to accommodate any future growth.
