City of Scottsdale – Westworld

 

WestWorld is a premier, nationally recognized, user-friendly equestrian center and special events facility that hosts a variety of events, such as dog shows, and competitions. Scope of this project included the construction of new horse barns, restrooms and show offices, as well as the expansion and relocation of supporting site telecommunications, data and power distribution. Convergent Technologies Design Group provided telecommunications cabling systems infrastructure design services for the relocation of the main telecommunications distribution system for the WestWorld facilities. Specified systems included infrastructure for voice, data, and terrestrial video (CATV) for the relocation of the main Telecommunications Distribution System. Telecommunications room details were also provided for two alternate scenarios. Telecommunications Outside Plant Cabling infrastructure was installed to facilitate the placement of telecommunications cabling between manholes and buildings on the Westworld campus. Project responsibilities included a Programming/Data Collection phase and Construction Administration of the installed infrastructure. Deliverables associated with this project included a Schematic Design narrative outlining desired telecommunications systems requirements and a telecommunications systems design summary consisting of systems requirements and recommendations. This project has been successfully complete since 2008.
