Space plans included: Production Studio with associated control rooms and talent areas, audio/video engineering studios, and conference rooms. The building also includes an indoor shooting range, the city’s Emergency Operations Center, 911 dispatch center and joint police and fire training center featuring an amphitheater. Project responsibilities included cost estimating and project management through construction administration for all audiovisual broadcasting, recording and editing systems. Specified systems to be installed include a Telos multi-line call-in system to support on-air telephone calls. Project highlights include the chance to design a professional broadcasting studio worthy of major network broadcasting quality.
