Anne Arundel Community College – Arundel Mills Base Line Sound Readings

Convergent Technologies was asked to provide base line sound readings and HVAC system noise control for the Anne Arundel Community College located in Arundel Mills, Maryland. Project responsibilities included performing octave band background noise measurements to determine baseline Noise Criterion (NC); recommending NC levels outlined in a narrative report; and coordinating with architectural, structural, and mechanical solutions to reach desired NC levels within the programmed space. Spaces to include base line sound readings included multiple classrooms. This project has been successfully complete since 2010.
