City of Baltimore Public School System – Boardroom Lighting

The scope of this project included complete design services for audiovisual presentation/broadcast systems electronics and associated infrastructure in an existing boardroom in the Baltimore City Public Schools headquarters building. Responsibilities included complete specifications for all audiovisual equipment, project management inclusive of bidding, construction administration, training/testing, detailing the demolition of existing systems, and providing telecommunications connectivity between the renovated spaces and an existing server room. Additional project responsibilities included the design of CATV (RF) head-end electronics for one location and a video editing station. This project presented the challenges of integrating with existing systems and a fast-track design/deliverable schedule. The project has been successfully complete since 2006.
