Equis Corp – Waston & Wyatt

Convergent Technologies conducted an audiovisual systems needs assessment for the Equis Corporation’s Watson & Wyatt Conference Room located in Washington, D.C. Scope of work included meeting with end users to determine the desired requirements for the audiovisual components within the conference room. Deliverables associated with this project included a needs assessment report inclusive of a cost estimate of recommended system components. Pricing was included for two remote control systems, an option with PC interface and an alternative option of hand-held IR remote controllers for each audiovisual device. Challenges included working within the desired schedule and budgetary constraints while satisfying owner requirements. This project has been successfully complete since October 2000.
