Hilton Hotels – Garden Inn of Annapolis

Convergent Technologies provided acoustics, noise and vibration control consulting for various spaces throughout the new 126 room Hilton Garden Inn, located in the heart of the Annapolis historic district. Services included conducting an analysis of various partition types. Recommendations were made for partition types including windows, operable partitions, and penetrations to be in keeping with desired sound levels. Spaces analyzed in this project included corridors, guest rooms, meeting room, pool/exercise room, mechanical/laundry room, and exterior areas. Convergent Technologies calculated STC ratings for custom partition types provided by the architect. The project has been successfully complete since 2006.
