University of MD, Baltimore – Pharmacy Classroom Videoconferencing

This project included complete design services for audiovisual systems with associated supporting infrastructure and acoustics, noise & vibration control as they related to the renovation of two classrooms and the addition of an associated control room. Educational technology systems included: Distance Learning, audiovisual presentation, program/speech audio reinforcement and custom instructor’s stations. Project highlights include multiple displays and an expandable central control room for audiovisual system operators. Additional project responsibilities include recommendations for room shaping and finishes for all acoustically sensitive spaces within the building. This project has been successfully complete since the summer of 2008.
