Assessments were made regarding the audiovisual needs of the camp, as well as the intended uses of each specific space. Recommendations were made for AV system components, including the layout of several large displays and associated loudspeaker systems. Several gaming consoles were integrated into the design. Additional recommendations were also made to specify appropriate infrastructure necessary to support these systems including wallboxes and appropriate mounting equipment, as well as provide extra space to accommodate any future growth.
