U.S. General Services Administration – Internal Revenue Service Lincoln Center

Designed to accommodate 109,000 rentable square feet of office and related space for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Lincoln Center project will include the vacant historic Denver & Rio Grande Building and loading dock and revitalize both structures. This new building consolidates multiple functions for the IRS into one location, resulting in increased cost efficiencies and effectiveness. The scope of work for this project included design services for acoustics, noise & vibration control systems design. This project has been complete since Spring 2012.
