DESCRIPTION
Convergent Technologies Design Group was asked to be a part of the project that is the focus of this scope,
which is the construction of the new parking garage
and office building for Baltimore County Government, to be located at SE corner of Bosley and Chesapeake Avenues. A 2 acre space, now used for at-grade parking and open-landscaped space. This project includes space for: Human Resources, Office of Information Technology administration and network services, Baltimore County Public Library,
Central Administration and Towson branch library (replaces existing Towson library on York Road), Department of Aging, the Bykota Senior Center, and a
small café. Parking structure and office building will be attached; configuration TBD. Parking combination public and for staff working in the building. The
estimated completion date for the construction phase is in August of 2018.
