Coppin State University – Telecommunications Masterplan

DESCRIPTION:
Convergent Technologies Design Group, Inc.
(CTDG) will provide cabling systems with
associated supporting infrastructure for voice/
data/RF video outlets, audiovisual system
electronics with associated supporting
infrastructure, Wi-Fi Electronics, Server Room
Analysis, Distributed design services for
Coppin State University located in
Baltimore, MD. CTDG will perform a Needs
Analysis to determine the existing
conditions of the systems and make
recommendations for three data centers.
CTDG will review the most recent Facilities
Master Plan and document the proposed
telecommunications cable system and the needs
outlined in the plan. CTDG will also determine
system performance needs for the
telecommunications cable, audiovisual, Wi-Fi,
Distributed Antenna systems for existing and
new buildings identified in the Master Plan.
This project’s projected completion is expected
in 2018.
