We are seeking an Administrative, Human Resources, and Marketing Assistant to join our growing team of professionals as follows:

Position Description
CTDG is looking for a dynamic, highly-motivated individual with 0-5 years’ experience to provide office support for the firm’s Administrative, Human Resources, and Marketing activities.

Responsibilities of this position include answering telephones, greeting guests, packaging shipments and coordinating delivery, assistance with qualification and proposal preparation, advertising of open positions at schools/online, attending career fairs, miscellaneous graphic design tasks, and updates to the company’s website and social media networks.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal relationship skills are key to this position. Candidates must demonstrate good time-management skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks with regular interruptions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications is required.
