9800 Medical Center Drive is an office building housing space for biotech companies including Human Genome Sciences, Inc. Convergent Technologies was asked to perform floor vibration measurements in tenant and open areas for three buildings on the 9800 Medical Center Drive campus. Measurements were performed at 12 locations across the three buildings. The results of the measurements were compared to the National Institute of Health (NIH) structural requirements. A narrative report detailing the equipment used to perform the measurements, the locations where measurements were taken and the measurement results was delivered in January 2010.
