Our project. Howard Community College, Howard Hall and the Academic Commons, with Marshall Craft Associates has been awarded for its Outstanding Design in the American School & University November/December 2021 edition.

The client for this project was Howard Community College (HCC) and construction was completed in July 2019. The total cost for this project was $36,371,290 and it was 107,200 sq. ft.

This project restored two of HCC’s oldest buildings and they are now able to serve the HCC community for decades to come.

Convergent Technologies provided Telecommunications Cabling Systems with Infrastructure, Audiovisual Systems with Infrastructure, Access Control/Video Surveillance Systems with Infrastructure and Acoustics, Noise & Vibration Control Design Services for this project.
