Convergent Technologies Design Group, Inc. was proud to work alongside Dimension IV Madison Design Group on the Madison Bartillon Homeless Shelter, a purpose-built 24/7 emergency shelter designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and dignified environment for up to 250 guests in Madison, Wisconsin.

Now LEED® Gold Certified, the 44,085 SF facility pairs a trauma-informed design approach with ambitious sustainability strategies, achieving approximately 44% energy savings and 53% water savings, with renewable energy offsetting 29% of total energy consumption.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Dimension IV Madison and contribute to a project where thoughtful planning, technology, sustainability, and community impact come together.
Congratulations to everyone who helped bring this important facility to life!
