The Inova Fairfax Medical Campus Donor Recovery Center has been named a 2026 Top Project by Virginia Business as part of its inaugural Top Projects & Real Estate Deals awards program.

This recognition celebrates outstanding real estate and construction projects across the Commonwealth, and being selected speaks to the expertise, collaboration, and commitment behind this important facility and its impact on Virginia’s built environment.

A big congratulations to the entire project team, including our partners at HKS, HITT, Inova Health System, and everyone who contributed to delivering this complex and meaningful project.

Winners will be officially recognized at the Virginia Business Top Projects & Real Estate Deals Awards Ceremony on July 28 in Midlothian, VA, and featured in the July issue of Virginia Business magazine.
