We had the opportunity to support Design Collective on the BLC Civic Plaza at the Wayne K. Curry Administration Building for the Maryland Stadium Authority.

This project is a key piece of the broader Blue Line Corridor initiative, transforming the civic experience in Prince George’s County and strengthening connections between transit, government, and community spaces.
Our team contributed to the creation of a dynamic outdoor plaza that serves as both a functional gathering space and a welcoming front door for the community. The design emphasizes:
