Convergent Technologies Design Group, Inc.
(CTDG) has been asked by Leach Wallace
Associates to provide Low Voltage systems
design services for the Mental Health
Specialty Hospital. The new building will
house both in-patient and outpatient mental
health services. The basement level will
include building support spaces, a new
kitchen and an ambulance entry for receiving
patients directly from an ED. The first floor
will house the lobby, a partial hospitalization
program and outpatient mental health offices
and therapy spaces. The second floor will
house a 16 bed inpatient unit. The third floor
will be shelled for future development. All
floors are the same footprint (16,500 GSF per
floor).[/col3]
