Canine Fitness Center – Fitness Room Acoustics

Canine Fitness Center is a recreational facility devoted developing the health and fitness of canines. The facility offers a variety of services including: aqua exercise, acupuncture, and massage treatments. Convergent Technologies (CTDG) has been asked to provide acoustics analysis for the Fitness Room at Canine Fitness Center in Crownsville, Maryland. CTDG worked with the owner Maury Chaput of Canine Fitness Center to review and measure the existing conditions for acoustical criteria to be developed. In CTDG site visit and field survey, it was determined that the background noise levels within the space impede the use of the room, and represent an annoyance during the fitness center events.
